Chief of Staff of Qatari Armed Forces Engages in Key Meetings at DIMDEX 2026

Doha: HE Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces Lieutenant General (Pilot) Jassim bin Mohammed Al Mannai held separate meetings with senior international officials on the sidelines of the second day of the ninth edition of the Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (DIMDEX 2026).

According to Qatar News Agency, HE Al Mannai met with several prominent figures, including HE Minister of Defence of the Republic of Lebanon Michel Mansi, Chief of the General Staff of Afghanistan Lieutenant General Fasihuddin Fitrat, Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijani Army Lieutenant General Karim Valiev, Military Advisor and Fire Support in the Ethiopian Republic Lieutenant General Alemshet Degife, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and First Deputy Minister of Defence of the Republic of Belarus Major General Pavel Muraveiko, Advisor to the French Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Jerome Guesk, and Deputy Chief of the Polish General Staff Major General Krzysztof.

Furthermore, HE Al Mannai engaged with officials and representatives from companies participating in the exhibition. These included Chief Executive Officer of General Atomics Linden Blue, Co-founding Partner of Pallas Advisors Sally Donnelly, General Manager of the Canadian company CAE Robert Cump, and Export Sales Director for the MBDA Group Florent Dolo. The discussions focused on topics of mutual interest and explored ways to enhance military cooperation to serve shared interests. The meetings were attended by several senior officers and officials.
