Bahrain: Bahrain's Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani held discussions with his Egyptian and Pakistani counterparts, Dr. Badr Abdelatty and Mohammad Ishaq Dar, focusing on enhancing bilateral cooperation and exploring opportunities for development in various sectors through two separate phone calls. The talks highlighted the mutual interest in strengthening ties between their respective nations.

According to Qatar News Agency, the conversations also included an exchange of views on regional developments, particularly addressing concerns over Iranian actions perceived as aggressive towards Bahrain and other Gulf Cooperation Council states. The discussions extended to the implications of the Strait of Hormuz's closure, affecting international navigation and the global economy.
