Aqarat Participates in Cityscape Global 2025 Expo in Riyadh

Riyadh: A delegation from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat) has participated in the opening ceremony of the Cityscape Global 2025 Expo, which commenced at Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, Saudi Arabia, under the theme "The Future of Urban Living".

According to Qatar News Agency, Chairman of Aqarat, Eng. Khalid Ahmed Al Obaidli, held a series of meetings with top international officials and investors. These discussions aimed to explore collaboration opportunities in real estate ventures, state-of-the-art innovations in the sector, and urban planning. This initiative seeks to strengthen the region's position as a global hub for investment and urban development.

The participation of Aqarat in this event is an extension of the long-standing cooperation with Saudi counterparts. This collaboration emphasizes the extended strategic action between both sides, following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding last October during the 3rd Qatar Real Estate Forum.

The participation is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the region, reflecting the joint ambition of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states. The Expo is a significant real estate event, featuring hundreds of exhibitors, keynote speakers, and showcasing thousands of residential and commercial units. It also highlights futuristic ventures through which numerous significant deals are forged.
