Doha: Algerian coach Djamel Belmadi of Al Duhail affirmed his team's desire to maintain their winning momentum in Saturday's match against Al Arabi, which will be hosted at Al Thumama Stadium as part of Round 5 of the Doha Bank Stars League. Belmadi told the media: "Of course, the match against Al Arabi will be difficult and we must first forget the AFC Champions League Elite match and focus fully on the league match against Al Arabi".

According to Qatar News Agency, Al Arabi coach Pablo Amo stressed: "We are fully aware that the current phase requires a high level of awareness and a strong response from everyone. Our loss to Al Shamal was unacceptable, but that is now in the past. Now, we are focusing on what we can do, team spirit and tactical commitment on the field".

Al Duhail currently sits in seventh place with four points, ahead of eighth-placed Al Arabi on goal difference, with both teams sharing the same point tally.
