Gaza: The death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 44 since dawn on Thursday as a result of the ongoing Israeli airstrikes and shelling on several areas in the Gaza Strip.

According to Qatar News Agency, local medical sources reported that 27 Palestinians were killed in the Gaza Strip and North Gaza Governorate, 14 others in the Khan Yunis Governorate, and three in the Central Governorate. They indicated that among the martyrs were two citizens from the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, and a woman, who was killed in an artillery attack in the Sanafour junction in the Tuffah neighborhood, east of the city. Three were killed in an artillery attack on Jabalia Al-Balad, north of the city, while another was killed in an artillery attack targeting Wadi Al-Salqa, east of Deir Al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip.

The latest statistics for the victims of the Israeli aggression on Gaza indicate that 56,156 were killed and 132,239 others were injured.
