Idlib: Three civilians were killed on Friday in an explosion that struck a residential building in the town of Termanin, located in the northern Idlib countryside, in northwestern Syria.
According to Qatar News Agency, rescue teams from the Syrian Civil Defense recovered the bodies of the victims, which included a woman and a child, all from the same family. Three other civilians sustained injuries in the blast.
The cause of the explosion remains unknown, and an investigation has been launched to determine its causes and circumstances.
The incident follows another deadly explosion on Thursday in the nearby town of Maarat Misrin, north of Idlib, which resulted in six fatalities and injured around 100 others.
