Tripoli: HE Vice President of the Libyan Presidential Council Musa Al-Koni has met with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Libya Dr. Khalid Mohammed bin Zaben Al Dosari. Discussions during the meeting dealt with cooperation relations between the two countries.
