Doha: US stocks experienced a decline on Wednesday, with all major indices closing in the red.

According to Qatar News Agency, the S and P 500 dropped by 96.25 points, marking a 1.62% decrease, to settle at 5,843.09. The Nasdaq Composite Index also fell, losing 269.49 points or 1.41%, closing at 18,873.22. Meanwhile, the Dow Jones Industrial Average saw a significant drop of 824.08 points, or 1.92%, ending the day at 41,856.74.
