Doha: The US military announced a new strike on a boat accused of drug trafficking in the eastern Pacific Ocean. On X platform, US Southern Command stated that two individuals involved in drug trafficking were killed during the strike, adding that intelligence confirmed the boat was traveling along known drug trafficking routes in the eastern Pacific and was involved in smuggling operations.

According to Qatar News Agency, it further said that no US military personnel were injured in the strike.
