Amman: The Jordanian Army announced today that an unidentified drone had entered Jordanian airspace and crashed over the Ma'in area in Madaba Governorate.

According to Qatar News Agency, an official military source from the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces reported that while no fatalities occurred, the crash initiated a fire in the wooded area due to falling debris.

The source also stated that specialized personnel from the Jordanian army and civil defense successfully extinguished the fire and have commenced an examination of the scene of the incident.
