Doha: HE Undersecretary of Ministry of Labour, Sheikha Najwa bint Abdulrahman Al Thani, met with Roseline Kathure Njogu, Principal Secretary of the State Department for Diaspora Affairs at Kenya's Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs. The meeting took place during Njogu's visit to Qatar.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation between Qatar and Kenya in the areas of labour and workforce regulation. Both parties explored methods to further develop their partnership, with an emphasis on capacity building and the exchange of expertise in labour sector matters and diaspora affairs. The aim is to contribute to the advancement of the work environment in both nations.
