Geneva: UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the occupied Palestinian territories Francesca Albanese reiterated that the Israeli occupation forces are committing genocide in the Gaza Strip. Albanese said in press statements in Geneva that Israel seeks to make Gaza City “unlivable” by attacking the largest urban area in the Strip.

According to Qatar News Agency, Albanese stated that Israel is bombing using unconventional weapons and trying to forcibly evacuate Palestinians who were seeking refuge there. She highlighted that this is part of an effort to make the last piece of Gaza uninhabitable.
