UAE, Egypt Presidents Discuss Ties, Regional Developments

Abu dhabi: HH President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan discussed Monday with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi ways to enhance cooperation and relations between the two countries. The two leaders engaged in talks focusing on strengthening bilateral ties and addressing regional issues.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions primarily centered on developments in the Middle East and collaborative efforts to address them. The presidents underscored the necessity of implementing the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip and facilitating the entry of humanitarian aid to alleviate the residents' suffering. They highlighted the significance of progressing towards a just and comprehensive peace process in the region, anchored in the two-state solution, to ensure security and stability.

The dialogue also touched upon the importance of reinforcing peace foundations in the region. By doing so, the leaders aim to maintain security and stability, ultimately contributing to the development and prosperity of the region's people.
