Abu dhabi: The UAE Ministry of Defense announced on Sunday that its air defense systems intercepted missile and drone attacks coming from Iran. The ministry reported that these interceptions were conducted successfully, ensuring the safety and security of the nation.

According to Qatar News Agency, the ministry confirmed on X that the sounds heard in various parts of the country are the result of the UAE air defense systems intercepting ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones.
