Gaza: Two Palestinian children were martyred on Saturday as a result of Israeli army shelling targeting the northern Gaza Strip. Medical sources in Gaza reported that the two children, from the same family, were martyred when an Israeli occupation drone struck a gathering of civilians near Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza. This brought the number of Palestinians martyred by Israeli shelling and gunfire since this morning to three.

According to Qatar News Agency, a ceasefire agreement between Hamas and the Israeli entity came into effect on October 10, following the withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from sites and populated areas in the Gaza Strip and the beginning of the return of displaced residents to northern Gaza. The agreement forms part of the first phase of an initiative launched by US President Donald Trump to end the war on Gaza.
