Ankara: Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan discussed bilateral relations and ways to strengthen them in various fields in a phone call on Monday with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ceyhun Bayramov. The two sides also discussed several regional issues and matters during the call.
