The Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale military campaign at dawn on Friday in the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, which included raids, searches and arrests that targeted more than 20 citizens. This is the largest campaign since the beginning of this year.
Media activist in Beit Ummar, Muhammad Ayyad Awad, reported that the occupation forces raided most of the neighborhoods of Beit Ummar, stormed dozens of homes in the town, and carried out searches, vandalized property inside the homes, and assaulted some young men without reason.
Awad added that the raids resulted in the arrest of more than 20 citizens, including:
