Damascus: Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Al Shaibani discussed today with Rola Dashti, who serves as Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations and Executive Secretary of the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), who is visiting Syria, the UN’s efforts to support development and reconstruction plans in Syria.

According to Qatar News Agency, during the meeting, Al Shaibani stressed the Syrian government’s keenness to strengthen partnerships with UN organizations.
