Damascus: Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Al Shaibani met Thursday with Secretary-General of the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Jan Egeland, currently visiting Damascus.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on exploring ways to strengthen cooperation in the humanitarian and relief sectors. The discussion emphasized the importance of coordinating efforts with international organizations based on the principle of respecting Syria's sovereignty and its laws.
