Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of the Sultanate of Oman received today a written message from Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, pertaining to bilateral relations between the two countries.

The message was handed to Omani Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Albusaidi during his meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance and develop them. The two sides also exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues.
