Then, students must submit all the required documents and supporting documents to the Deanship of Student Affairs at the educational institution, so that the institution’s employee will review the applications directly and the student will be given a form proving the submission of the application and its review (if the student does not c
omplete this step, the application will be considered incomplete and will not be considered).

The Fund indicated that students who do not have an account on the Fund’s website must create a new subscription before taking the above-mentioned steps, noting that assistance in this regard can be obtained through the link: https://tinyurl.com/n9y4sj8t .

The applicant for a loan must be a regular student at one of the higher education institutions in Palestine (bachelor’s and intermediate diploma students) and financially needy, and must have successfully passed at least one semester, and his cumulative average must not be less than 65% for a bachelor’s student, and 60% for a diploma student for the percentage system, and not less than (2) for the points system.

The student must also register for at least 12 credit hours in the first semester of 2024-2025 AD, and must not receive any grant or assistance from other sources.
