Hebron – Ma’an – This Sunday morning, a group of settlers assaulted and beat two citizens, one of them while grazing sheep in the Al-Jawaya area, and the second in the Al-Buwaib area of ??Musafer Yatta.
The coordinator of the National and Popular Committees to Resist the Wall and Settlements in South Hebron, Ratib Al-Jabour, said: ‘Settler gangs led by the settler ‘Zakher Man’ attacked sheep shepherds in the Al-Jawaya area, and the citizen, Ahmed Barghash Al-Shawahin, sustained moderate injuries as a result of the assault on him, and he was transported by the Red Crescent ambulance. To the Martyr Abu Al-Hassan Al-Qasim Hospital in Yatta to receive treatment.
He added that other groups of settlers severely beat the young man, Salem Dhifallah Azazmah, in the Al-Buwaib area of ??Musafer Yatta.
In a related context, settlers grazed their sheep on citizens’ summer crops in the Al-Jawaya area, causing heavy losses to farmers.
