Israeli enemy warplanes on Monday launched a series of new airstrikes on southern Lebanon, hitting several towns and causing widespread damage.
A strike on the town of Jumayjimah targeted an aluminum factory, damaging nearby homes but with no reported injuries.
In a broader escalation, airstrikes hit the outskirts of Bazourieh, as well as the town of Abbassieh in the Tyre district.
The town of Saksakieh was also bombarded, with reports indicating casualties, while five homes in Baysarieh and one each in Bnaafoul and Jinjleya were struck.
A separate wave of attacks targeted the town of Adloun.
Meanwhile, the Israeli military continues to intensify airstrikes across various regions, valleys, and the outskirts of villages in the western sector.
Deir Kifa was hit, along with four separate strikes on Bani Hayyan.
In the town of Kharayeb, an airstrike destroyed several buildings and vehicles, cutting off roads and causing numerous casualties and injuries.
