Security Operation Kills 7 Militants in Northern Pakistan

Doha: The Pakistani army announced the killing of seven militants in an operation in Annaba District of Dera Ismail Khan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, northern Pakistan.

According to Qatar News Agency, a statement issued by the army said that security forces carried out an intelligence operation based on information received about the presence of militants in the Daraban area of Dera Ismail Khan. During the operation, Pakistani forces clashed with the militants, resulting in the death of four militants.

In another clash in the Madi area, the army managed to neutralize three militants, and weapons and ammunition were seized. The security forces and the army in Pakistan have been carrying out security operations in various parts of the country to pursue armed groups and elements.
