Doha: The Saudi Ministry of Defense announced on Wednesday the interception and destruction of a drone in the Eastern Province (Al-Sharqiyah). The Ministry's official spokesperson Major General Turki Al Maliki stated that a drone was intercepted and destroyed in Al-Sharqiyah Province.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Saudi Ministry of Defense had announced earlier on Wednesday the interception and destruction of three drones in Al-Sharqiyah.
