Riyadh: HH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, held a meeting with US President Donald Trump and Syrian President Ahmed Al Sharaa, with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan participating virtually through a phone call.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on the future of the situation in Syria, emphasizing the importance of its stability, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, alongside achieving security and prosperity for the Syrian people. The discussions also covered the regional state of play and the significance of finding suitable solutions accordingly.

Al Sharaa highlighted that President Trump's decision to cease sanctions on Syria will usher in a new phase, allowing for the reconstruction of Syria, the revival of its economy, and contributing to the achievement of security and stability in the nation.
