Riyadh: The Saudi Cabinet has expressed its condemnation of the Israeli occupation authorities' decision to designate lands in the West Bank as state property. During a session chaired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Cabinet reiterated its firm rejection of such measures, which it believes hinder efforts towards peace and stability in the region.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Cabinet labeled the decision as an infringement on the Palestinian people's right to establish an independent and sovereign state based on the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital. The session also involved discussions on Saudi Arabia's engagements with various countries to bolster bilateral and multilateral cooperation, aiming to enhance security, stability, and development both regionally and internationally.
