Seoul: Samsung has officially launched the One UI 8 update for its entire Galaxy S25 series, with plans for broader distribution to other devices over the coming days and weeks.

According to Qatar News Agency, the update includes familiar features such as enhanced Now Bar and Now Brief, along with the advanced KEEP security system, which provides a secure, encrypted storage environment for each app. Additionally, the Knox Matrix feature protects accounts when security risks are detected and offers data protection when connecting to public Wi-Fi networks.

One UI 8 also introduces a multi-modal contextual intelligence feature, allowing the system to recognize what you see, hear, or type, offering smart and interactive suggestions based on the context. Other features include a writing and drawing assistant, as well as the Portrait Studio for photos, transforming them into uniquely stylized artistic images.

The update is available for a range of supported devices, including the Galaxy S25, S24, S23, S22 series, as well as the Galaxy Z Fold6, Z Flip6, Z Fold5, Z Flip5, Z Fold4, and Z Flip4. It also covers the Galaxy S24 FE, S23 FE, and S21 FE models, alongside the Galaxy Tab S10, S9, S8 series, and their FE and Lite variants. Additionally, a broad array of Galaxy A phones, including the A56 5G, A36 5G, A26 5G, A17, A07, A06, A55, A35, A25, A16, A15, A54, A34, A73, A53, and A33, will receive the update.
