Russia, China Presidents Talk Further Cooperation in Phone Call

Beijing: Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin discussed Monday in a phone call ways to expand bilateral cooperation. The two leaders addressed opportunities for collaboration across various sectors, including economy, trade, investment, and culture, emphasizing that their relations will be strengthened and are not directed against any third party.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Chinese president assured his Russian counterpart that China supports the efforts made by Russia and other relevant parties to stop the war in Ukraine and resolve the crisis there. This conversation underscores the commitment of both nations to enhance their bilateral ties while maintaining a diplomatic stance on international issues.
