Doha: The volume of real estate trading through sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice reached QR 488,553,828 during the period from December 7 to 11, according to official figures.
According to Qatar News Agency, the total value of sales contracts listed in the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period amounted to QR 123,639,736, bringing the total real estate trading volume for the week to approximately QR 612.193 million.
In its weekly bulletin, the Real Estate Registration Department stated that the properties traded through sales included vacant land plots, houses, residential buildings, hotel apartments, and residential units.
Sales transactions were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Shamal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, Al Daayen, and Al Sheehaniya, as well as in the areas of Al Kharayej, Lusail 69, The Pearl Island, Al Wukair, Ghar Thaileb, Al Sakhama, Al Mashaf, and Legtaifiya.
The volume of real estate trading through registered sales contracts had exceeded QR 451 million during the period from November 30 to December 4.
