Doha: The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Nov. 9-13, 2025, reached QAR 464,948,321. Meanwhile, the total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period amounted to QAR 41,369,457, bringing the total trading value for the week to approximately QAR 506.317 million.

According to Qatar News Agency, the weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of real estate properties traded for sale included vacant lands, houses, residential buildings, residential complexes, and residential units. Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan, Doha, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Khor, Al Dhakhira, The Pearl, Lusail 69, Al Khuraij, and Legtaifiya.

The volume of real estate transactions in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice surpassed QAR 810 million during the period from Nov. 2-6.
