Doha: The QSE index rose at the beginning of Thursday's trading by 0.05%, gaining 5.15 points to reach 11,087 points, compared to the previous session's close, backed by four sectors.

According to Qatar News Agency, market data showed gains in Transportation (+0.53%), Industrials (+0.33%), Banks and Financial Services (+0.05%), and Real Estate (+0.01%). Meanwhile, the performance was negative for Insurance (-0.04%), Consumer Goods and Services (-0.12%), and Telecoms (-0.95%).

By 10:00 am, QSE reported a turnover of QR 53.207 million from 17.663 million shares traded across 2,467 transactions.
