QSE Index Gains 24.08 Points in Wednesday Trading

Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed Wednesday's trading session higher by 24.08 points, or 0.23 percent, reaching a level of 10,575.50 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, a total of 153,775,060 shares were traded during the session, accumulating a total value of QAR 452,760,413.281. These transactions were executed through 27,871 trades spanning across all sectors of the market.

The trading session saw the shares of 35 companies advance, while 15 companies experienced a decline in their share prices. Meanwhile, the shares of four companies remained unchanged. By the close of trading, market capitalization had increased to QAR 639,025,544,150.386, compared to the previous session's QAR 637,228,505,239.866.
