Doha: The general index of Qatar Stock Exchange dropped 14.29 points, or 0.14 percent, at the start of trading on Wednesday, reaching 10,476 points, compared to Tuesday’s closing.
QSE index saw a rise in some sectors; Real Estate by 0.61%, both Insurance and Transportation by 0.16%, and Industrials by 0.15%. On the other hand, there was a decline in the Banks and Financial Services by 0.18%, Consumer Goods and Services by 0.35%, and Telecoms by 0.75%.
By 10:00 am, 41.649 million shares were traded in 2,410 transactions valued QR 67.017 million.
