Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed Sunday's trading session down by 36.60 points, or 0.35 percent, to settle at 10,554.96 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, a total of 135,483,290 shares were traded during the session, with a total value of QAR 388,111,340.041 through 18,364 transactions across all sectors. The session saw the shares of 22 companies advance, while 28 other companies experienced declines. Additionally, the shares of four companies remained unchanged.

Market capitalization at the close of trading stood at QAR 631,525,169,186.250, marking a decrease compared to QAR 633,937,339,844.900 in the previous session.
