According to Qatar News Agency, the session saw the trading of a substantial 230,598,140 shares. These transactions amounted to a total value of QAR 964,094,261.243, executed through 21,482 transactions. The trading activity encompassed all sectors, reflecting a broad engagement from investors.
The session ended with 22 companies witnessing a rise in their share prices, while 27 companies experienced declines. Meanwhile, four companies maintained their previous closing prices, showing stability amidst the fluctuations in the market.
The closing session also recorded an increase in market capitalization, which reached QAR 686,546,213,162.068. This marked a rise from the previous session's market capitalization of QAR 686,233,787,983.708, indicating a positive sentiment in the market dynamics.
