Kuwait city: HE Governor of the Qatar Central Bank (QCB) Sheikh Bandar bin Mohammed bin Saoud Al-Thani participated in the joint meeting of GCC ministers of finance and central banks governors with HE Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Kristalina Georgieva. The meeting, which took place in Kuwait, focused on several agenda items and concluded with the adoption of appropriate decisions.

According to Qatar News Agency, the gathering served as a platform for discussing significant economic matters pertinent to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and their financial strategies. The collaboration with the IMF signifies a continued commitment to addressing regional financial challenges and fostering economic stability among the GCC states.
