According to Qatar News Agency, Al-Sharq newspaper affirmed that the State of Qatar continues to play a leading role in global conflict resolution through its active diplomacy that supports dialogue and understanding. The editorial celebrated the signing of the Declaration of Principles as a practical roadmap toward peace and reconciliation, attributing this achievement to Qatar's intensive diplomatic efforts. These efforts began with a historic summit in Doha, where HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani facilitated discussions between President Felix Tshisekedi of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and President Paul Kagame of Rwanda.

The editorial further noted international praise from entities such as the African Union, the United States, and the Gulf Cooperation Council, which recognized Qatar's constructive mediation. This acclaim reflects Qatar's contributions to peace and stability in Africa and underscores its belief in dialogue as a means of conflict resolution globally.
