Qatari Success Festival 2025 Concludes Amid Wide Turnout

Doha: The 7th edition of Qatari Success Festival, hosted by the University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST), concluded with wide participation and a remarkable turnout from those interested in youth work in the State of Qatar. The two-day event transformed the university's halls into a vibrant space, where creators, innovators, entrepreneurs, and community activists met to exchange knowledge and draw inspiration from success stories inspired by Qatar's strong will.

According to Qatar News Agency, this year's accompanying exhibitions featured a great diversity, reflecting the richness of the country's youth scene. The Ministry of Sports and Youth's presence was prominent through several pavilions and initiatives, most notably the Qatar Scientific Club (QSC) Forum, which showcased technological innovations and youth inventions. The Youth Entrepreneurship Club (YEC) also played a key role in presenting projects that transformed from simple ideas into inspiring achievements. The Friends of the Environment Center's Forum also contributed to raising environmental awareness, while the Marine Wildlife Forum provided interactive insights into Qatar's maritime heritage.

In a related development, the Ministry showcased a range of services targeting youth, highlighting how to benefit from them through its online platform. It also provided an overview of the youth programs planned for implementation, such as "Get Ready," "Intilaqah," and the Initiative sponsorship. In this context, the "Fazaa Youth Support" team participated in the side exhibition, presenting a documentary showcasing the humanitarian and development initiatives it implemented during 2024 and 2025.

Concurrently, the main stage hosted a series of interactive workshops that discussed key topics relevant to the aspirations of youth, such as innovation, entrepreneurship, AI, leadership, and sustainability. These workshops featured a practical nature, providing opportunities for direct interaction with experts and speakers. It's worth noting that issues of social integration were not absent from the festival. The "Our Needs" section was dedicated to highlighting initiatives to integrate people with disabilities into society, emphasizing that success recognizes no barriers. Additionally, the Family Counseling Center (Wifaq) also organized a dialogue session on the role of the family in supporting children's successes.

For his part, HE Vice President of the Festivals Organizing Committee Sheikh Abdullah bin Nawaf Al-Thani, said that the Qatari Success event is held annually to celebrate youth, provide opportunities that align with their aspirations, and support the transformation of ideas into initiatives and projects that contribute to national development. In its seventh edition this year, the event is marked by remarkable engagement, rich diversity, and distinguished attendance, reflecting its status as a national platform that embraces creativity in all its forms.

This edition witnessed a large turnout of visitors and participants of all ages, with the halls filling up throughout the two days, reflecting the community's thirst for such interactive and inspiring spaces. Remarkably, UDST played a pivotal role in the event's success, providing an organized and integrated environment at the logistical and cultural levels. Furthermore, this year's organizing committee was keen to enhance the festival's inclusiveness and impact by presenting vital topics that touch on the lives of young people, along with interactive competitions that added an atmosphere of enthusiasm, fun, and a spirit of teamwork.

At the conclusion of the festival, the committee thanked all sponsors and strategic partners, most notably the Ministry of Youth and Sports and UDST. It also commended the media efforts and the active role played by volunteers and the organizing teams. For his part, Director of the Youth Affairs Department at the Ministry of Sports and Youth Fawaz Al Musaifiri, expressed his pride in the achievements of the seventh edition of the festival, emphasizing that this success is the fruit of everyone's cooperation and the state's deep belief in the capabilities of its youth.

In his speech, Al Musaifiri emphasized the Ministry's belief that youth are the driving force of the nation and key contributors to its future. He highlighted the Qatari Success initiative as a practical example of the achievements possible when young people are empowered. He encouraged all young individuals in Qatar to present their initiatives and ideas, affirming the Ministry's commitment to supporting and enabling them to realize their ambitions.

In turn, Head of Youth Work Organization and Development Section at the Ministry of Sports and Youth Nasser Al Jabri, noted that the Ministry's participation in Qatari Success was not limited to support and sponsorship, but also included organizing active participation in side events and exhibitions. He added that dialogue workshops were held on the main stage to introduce youth to the Ministry's key activities and services. Such events provide a valuable opportunity to engage with young people across various communities and listen to their aspirations. Al Jabri also pointed out that selecting UDST as the venue this year was a successful decision by all standards.

It is worth noting that the Qatari Success festival is organized annually under the auspices of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. It aims to empower youth and motivate them to innovate and take initiative, providing a permanent platform that supports their ambitions and contributes to building the nation's future.
