Daou highlighted Qatar's unwavering support for Lebanon across political, security, and economic spheres, especially during times of crisis.
According to Qatar News Agency, former Lebanese Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour emphasized the significance of Lebanese President General Joseph Aoun's visit to Qatar. Mansour noted Qatar's pivotal role in Lebanon's reconstruction efforts post the 2006 Israeli aggression and its continued support amid ongoing challenges, including Israeli violations of Lebanese sovereignty. The visit represents an opportunity to address these issues with Qatar's mediation.
Mansour further articulated Lebanon's hope for Qatar's active involvement in addressing Israeli violations and supporting reconstruction efforts following the 2024 Israeli aggression.
