Al Misifri highlighted the mission's coordinated system, comprising several units such as Communication and Support, Medical, and Holy Sites Services, all contributing to an optimal experience for the pilgrims.
Al Misifri attributed the successful organization and comfort experienced by the pilgrims to early preparation and planning efforts by the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs (Awqaf). He also emphasized the mission's role in preparing pilgrims' tents at holy sites, in collaboration with Makkah Catering Company, providing a safe and comfortable environment.
Persistent coordination with Saudi authorities was crucial to the season's success, facilitating the management of pilgrim movements during key rituals. Al Misifri praised the strong bilateral cooperation between Qatar and Saudi Arabia, which was instrumental in elevating service quality and supporting pilgrims' needs.
Al Misifri acknowledged the contribution of eighteen Qatari Hajj operators who cooperated with the mission, enhancing discipline and organization. He commended the advisory committee and supporting units for their dedicated efforts, which were essential in achieving the mission's objectives.
Looking ahead, Al Misifri outlined plans for evaluating and preparing for the next Hajj season, focusing on continuous development and optimization of services. He praised Saudi Arabia's efforts in advancing pilgrimage systems and services, emphasizing the success achieved through collaboration.
The successful pilgrimage season reflects the leadership and guidance of Qatar's authorities, including the Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, who closely monitored preparations. The mission's consultative committee and specialized units played a crucial role in providing comprehensive care for Qatar's pilgrims from preparation to their safe return.
