Doha: The State of Qatar expressed Tuesday its strong condemnation and denunciation of the bombing that took place near a bank in Kunduz province in northern Afghanistan, resulting in deaths and injuries.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm position on the rejection of violence and terrorism, regardless of the motives and causes.

The Ministry expressed Qatar's condolences to the families of the victims, the caretaker government, and the people of Afghanistan, and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
