Al wakrah: Al Wakrah head coach Vicente Moreno said his side is fully prepared for Wednesday's match against Al Arabi in round 12 of the Qatar Stars League at Saud bin Abdulrahman Stadium.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Spaniard spoke ahead of the game, noting that preparations had gone smoothly and praised his players' high morale in training. He described Al Arabi as a strong team that has achieved positive results this season, adding that second-half fixtures in the league would be challenging for all sides.

Moreno mentioned that Al Wakrah are aiming to raise their overall level in order to improve their position in the table.

Meanwhile, Al Arabi coach Cosmin Contra expressed that the match would be an important test for his team, emphasizing the need for focus against an organised Al Wakrah side. The Romanian added that, despite the absence of some key players, he trusted the squad to deliver the required performance.

Al Wakrah go into the match seventh with 16 points, while Al Arabi are sixth on 17 points.
