Qatar Skydive Team Secures Three Medals at Klatovy Event

Klatovy: The Qatar Skydive team, part of the Qatar Air Sports Committee (QASC) of the Joint Special Forces, claimed three medals at the Skydive World Cup Series (SWCS) held in Klatovy, Czech Republic. The event saw participation from 44 teams from around the globe, marking another milestone in Qatar's expanding presence on the international scene.

According to Qatar News Agency, in the team category, Qatar Skydive clinched the bronze medal after a commendable performance amidst strong competition from some of the world's most seasoned teams. The Qatari athletes also made their mark in individual categories, with Meshaal Al Qaoud earning a silver medal and Mohammed Al Buraidi securing bronze.

Al Qaoud emphasized that the victory resulted from collective effort and attributed it to the significant support athletes receive from Qatar's sports leadership. Al Buraidi, reflecting on the achievement, stated that success in such a major event serves as motivation for continued improvement. He noted the challenges faced but expressed satisfaction in overcoming them.

The successful participation underscores the Qatar Skydive team's status as one of the leading teams globally in the sport, supported by Qatar's commitment to air sports and its dedication to excellence and international representation.
