Doha: Qatari newspapers highlighted two main topics in their editorials Thursday, including HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani’s ratification of the constitutional amendments of 2024 to the Permanent Constitution of the State of Qatar, marking a historic new chapter in the country’s state-building and development process.
