The State of Qatar participated on Friday in the joint ministerial meeting of Their Highnesses and Excellencies the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the People's Republic of China on the sidelines of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
