The State of Qatar took part on Friday in the joint ministerial meeting between Their Highnesses and Excellencies Foreign Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) on the sidelines of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
