Manama:The State of Qatar took part in the 10th meeting of the Permanent Preparatory Committee at the Ministerial Level of the GCC Economic and Development Affairs Authority, held in Manama, Bahrain.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Qatari delegation was led by Dr. Saud bin Abdullah Al Attiyah, Deputy Undersecretary for Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Finance.

The meeting focused on various economic and developmental issues, including strategic plans and initiatives to enhance economic and developmental integration among GCC nations. It also involved reviewing the implementation of decisions and recommendations and exploring ways to bolster bilateral Gulf economic cooperation.

Additionally, discussions included the annual report of the Office of the Economic and Development Affairs Authority and other matters related to the authority's functioning, aimed at supporting joint efforts and economic and developmental integration among GCC states.
