Doha: The Qatar Olympic Academy (QOA) concluded its annual training agenda for this year, encompassing a broad spectrum of specialties in sports, administrative fields, and supportive sciences related to various aspects of the sports sector.
According to Qatar News Agency, the closing session marked the end of the course "Modern Management in Sports Institutions (Management 2)," which serves as the second part of a series designed to prepare participants for the Advanced Diploma in Sports and Olympic Institutions Management. The initial part of the series concentrated on the "Principles of the Olympic Movement in Sports System."
The course, organized by the QOA in collaboration with the International Olympic Committee, spanned five days and is an integral part of the Academy's annual program dedicated to educating the community on Olympic and sports culture. It attracted a wide range of participants interested in sports administration, hailing from within Qatar and international locations.
Additionally, QOA is gearing up to host the graduation ceremony for the 14th cohort of the Advanced Diploma in Sports and Olympic Institutions Management program.
