These rates are integral for investors and customers looking to manage their deposits across different currencies, including USD, JPY, CHF, GBP, QAR, SAR, AED, and BHD.
According to Qatar News Agency, the deposit rates for USD start at 3.67417% for a one-month deposit, with slight variations across different durations, reaching 3.52963% for a 12-month deposit. The JPY offers a rate of 0.60000% for both one-month and two-month deposits, increasing to 1.05000% for a 12-month deposit. For CHF, the rates are notably negative for shorter terms, starting at -0.14000% for a one-month deposit, slightly improving to -0.05000% over a 12-month period.
The GBP rates begin at 3.63000% for one month and increase over time, reaching 3.90000% for a 12-month deposit. For local currency QAR, the rates open at 4.10000% for a one-month term and decrease to 3.75000% for a 12-month deposit. SAR rates are consistent at 4.30000% for terms beyond two months, while AED rates increase from 2.05000% for a one-month deposit to 3.15000% for a 12-month deposit. The BHD rates start at 4.53000% for a one-month term, gradually decreasing to 4.27000% for a 12-month deposit.
